Shipping & Delivery

1. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, cut-off 2:00 PM GMT). Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 7–15 business days. Total delivery time is typically 8–18 business days from the date of order.

2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! QuantumLuux ships worldwide. Please note that import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country, and are the responsibility of the customer.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order at any time on our Track Your Order page.

Returns & Refunds

4. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, email us at info@quantumluux.com with your order number.

5. Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service. We do not charge any restocking fees (0%).

6. How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

8. Is installation easy? Do I need a plumber?

Our products are designed for easy DIY installation — no tools or plumber required in most cases. Each product comes with clear installation instructions included in the package.

QuantumLuux products are made from high-quality, durable materials including food-grade stainless steel and premium ABS plastics. All materials are selected for safety, longevity, and performance.
