We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping
Return shipping cost: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Once we receive your return request, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee
Restocking fee: 0%. We do not charge any restocking fee on returned items.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalised products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
