Thank you for shopping with QuantumLuux. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT (cut-off time) will be processed the following business day. During high-demand periods or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Order Transit Time

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and carrier delays.

Total Delivery Time

Total delivery time = Order Processing Time + Order Transit Time.

  • Standard: 8–18 business days from date of order

Cut-Off Time & Timezone

Our order cut-off time is 2:00 PM GMT (Greenwich Mean Time). Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT on a business day will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates

All orders qualify for FREE standard shipping within the UK. No minimum order value required.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time via our Track Your Order page.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

QuantumLuux ships internationally. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be applied by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@quantumluux.com. We will investigate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
