Currency

All prices on QuantumLuux are displayed and charged in  GBP (British Pound Sterling) default. Currency conversion may apply depending on your location and payment provider. Any conversion fees are the responsibility of your bank or card issuer.

Payment Processing

Payment is collected at the time of order placement. Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If your payment is declined, please check your card details or contact your bank. You may also try an alternative payment method.

Promotional Codes & Discounts

Discount codes must be applied at checkout before payment is submitted. Codes cannot be applied to completed orders retrospectively. Only one discount code may be used per order.
